I am passionate about teaching, coaching and mentoring and I am on a mission to inspire everyone to live their true passions - to be their authentic, true self. I see my job as being responsive, flexible and enabling, to draw out the star that is definitely in you. In particular,
When being trained, coached or mentored by me, expect to be challenged, to re-learn some old things in new ways but, most of all, expect to change your life.

NLP qualifications from INLPTA enable me to communicate effectively with all my clients so I can help them bring about their personal change.

I am a published author and have recently published my e-book '7 Stepping Stones to Rebuilding Confidence in Yourself'.

My second book, "What you believe creates your reality", has been accepted by a publisher and will be on the bookshelves in August 2010.

I am an International coach and have appeared on Solent TV, been interviewed by Mike Powell on BBC Radio Solent and by Coach Erwin de Grave on Radio Coaching on two occasions. I have delvered three teleseminars for Business4coaches on the subjects of TFT and public speaking, Confidence Building and Your Subconscious Mind.

Experience

Workshops

Interactive confidence workshops - successfully changed many people's lives such that they have changed careers, moved to other parts of the country, discovered how to live their own lives and not those of other people.

Many people have had those 'aha' moments in my workshops and really discovered what it is that is holding them back, or what it is they need to do to achieve what they want out of their lives.

Some people have changed their lives so dramatically that they now appear to be totally different people. They speak to people so much more confidently, their posture has changed and they are so much more confident in themselves and this is radiated to everyone around them and changes the way they are perceived by others.

The workshops are truly transformational.

Coaching

I have coached many people individually in the past 3 years on various topics personal to them.

I am very proud to be able to say that every one of my clients has benefited from my coaching. Many of them have made massive changes to their lives including changing their career and the removal of their fears.

I am passionate about coaching and love every minute of it. I have coached even the most sceptical of people who have discovered that my coaching style and expertise really works for them.
