Wild Food School was set up in the beginning of 2005 (by Marcus Harrison who has had an interest in wild food stretching back more than 30 years) as a means of helping people identify and use the many wild foods which may be foraged from arounf Britain.

Marcus also gives regular wild food talks and walks at the Eden Project, has given talks at the Natural History Museum on the subject, and does extensive historical research into the use of 'wild foods' in past times.

Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

THE SMALL PRINT

WFS is located in a hilly part of Cornwall and anyone visiting for a course needs to be physically fit as the courses include walks into the hills.
