I have been involved in martial arts since I was 7. I began with Judo and Shotokan Karate in my youth before I discovered Chinese martial arts. I have been practcing Wing Chun Kung Fu for 12 years, Yang Style Tai Chi for 8 years, White Crane for 2 years, Hsing I for 2 years and a number of other internal styles. I am trained in chi gung and Taoist mediation. I ran the Imperial College Wing Chun Kung Fu club for 3 years taught for one year at the postgraduate campus in Ascot. I founded the Queen Mary Kung Fu club and continue to be the lead coach. I have taught disadvantaged children in North London as part of the Government sponsored Connexions program. I am also a qualified kettlebell instructor and conditioning coach.

Whatever your martial arts needs, I am here for you! If you want to learn fighting applications, conditioning, padwork, internal power work, dim mak or whatever, just ask. If you are more interested in the healing side, mediation, chi gung and body alignments then just ask. If you want to learn an integrated combination of the above then we can work on putting together a personal program for you.

Classes will be for 1 hour £25 a session, two for the price of one on the first lesson. I can come to you, you can come to me (SM2 home studio) or we can meet up in a park or public space (SM2 or central London). If you come to me you get an extra 20 minutes free!

Small group classes are available upon request. I also run seminars and workshops regularly in E1. Contact me for further details.

Please send me a message with your training goals and any previous experience, so that we can work together for your benefit.
