Yoga for wellbeing
Gentle nurturing hatha yoga class which aims to open the body, calm the mind and breath and bring students into connection with themselves. A typical class will involve breath exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), restorative yoga and meditation. The class will last 1 and 1/2 hours and is tailored to the needs of the group present.
