Dynamic uplifting vinyasa yoga classes for all ages and abilites.
Classes include meditation, asana , pranyama and mantra.
Classes have an emphasis on postual alignment, linking breath with movement creating a beautiful moving mediation; unlocking the stresess of everyday life of the body and mind.
Mel has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching yoga for over 2 and a half years. She is a qualified nurse and maintains her proffessional development attending intensives and workshops with many well known yoga instructors, including Claire Missingham and David Swenson.
Classes are for all, however if you are currently injured, please phone first to make sure the class is suitable.
