I am a member of STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique) and have been teaching the technique in Glasgow for almost 20 years.

Trained as a teacher of the Alexander Technique at The North London Teacher Training Course (1990-1993). Head principle : Misha Magidov (trained by Patrick Macdonald) .
For a period of two years I had regular individual lessons with Margaret Goldie (1905-1997), who was trained by Alexander himself.

Simplified Tai Chi Chuan 10 Yang Style.
This unique 5 week course will teach you the basics of Tai Chi with the added benefit of improving your posture and coordination by applying methods from the Alexander Technique.

Alexander Technique 4 week Course

Introduction to the principles of the Alexander technique and its effective and practical application to sitting, standing, bending and walking.
The Alexander Technique is a self-help method, it helps you identify and learn how to prevent harmful postural habits that aggravate, or may be the cause of stress, pain and under-performance.
