Moute Amponsah

I am a native French speaker, a freelance translator of three languages and have also been a French language tutor for a number of years. I am also a graduate of History with an extended teacher’s qualification in the Humanities including French Literature and Language.

I teach all levels and ages including school curricula and adult learners. I have a range of methods, some of which are more flexible, others which follow a more textbook based format, but most significantly each tailored to the needs and capabilities of students. Being fluent in 4 languages (English, French, Arabic and Berber) I am aware that learning foreign languages requires an approach for some students far more interpersonal and usually less rigid (at least in the earlier stages) than other areas of study. Hence, students will find my cheerfulness and patience an important means of maintaining their confidence and esteem throughout the lessons.
