Group Classes

Breakdance (Adult 14+)

From The Bronx to The Burgh, Breakdance has come a long way since the early 1970s. Here we will retrace the evolution of this dynamic dance form, starting with the early Block Party ‘foundation’ steps and progressing right through classic footwork patterns, floor tricks and spins to funky freezes. Alongside routines and ‘combos’ you will soon discover your own freestyle flow to “bust a groove” on the dance floor.ing each dancer to find their own free style.

Wear comfortable loose clothing, indoor trainers and bring plenty of water!
