I am a qualified and experienced teacher. I teach meditation, relaxation and Tibetan Yoga at both public and private events throughout the year in the UK and internationally.
I hold a post-graduate certificate in education and have taught in schools, and in community education, as well as privately since 1982.
I have been writing articles since 1990 and my work has been published in magazines, newspapers, and on websites and blogs.
My second book, Relaxing into Meditation, published in 2010, draws on my experience as a community education teacher. The book guides the reader through relaxation and breathing exercises that lead into meditation.
