We are a traditional ITF style Taekwon-Do Club in Barry coming under the United Taekwon-Do Association of Wales. The UTAW and KKAW are part of the Korean Matial Arts Association (KMA). We train on Tuesday and Saturday evenings and also have a sparring class on Friday evening.
