Paul Thompson
Paul Thompson is a professional guitar tutor based in Upper Sheringham, Norfolk. Specialising in fingerstyle acoustic guitar, Paul has a Master's Degree in Songwriting from Bath Spa University, and has toured professionally as a singer-songwriter in Europe, the US and Canada, as well as around the UK in ‘Bluebell’ his Guinness World Record breaking mobile electric milk float stage.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience of acoustic guitar, songwriting and recording, Paul teaches from his home studio and runs workshops in schools and for various groups in the Norfolk area, offering tuition in acoustic and electric guitar, ukulele, songwriting, music technology and recording techniques. Students are also entitled to a 20% discount if they record in Paul’s studio. Lessons are informal, fun, and informative, and are tailored to the needs of the student.
