Shogun Jujitsu Heswall
Shogun Jujitsu International beginners classes situated in Heswall Hall (next to the library) on Monday nights.
Classes teach a variety of different jujitsu and self defence techniques, including throws, grappling, combinations and holds practiced in a safe and controlled environment.
Adults welcome.
