Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
BJJ shares many of the same moves as submission wrestling but the wearing of the gi allows for more chokes, strangles and sweeps at a different pace.

Kickboxing is one of the most complete striking styles. It allows all punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Every session includes pad work, fitness and sparring drills.
Kickboxing for MMA
To successfully utilize striking in an MMA environment requires specific training. These classes focus on blending kickboxing strikes with wrestling
Grappling
Submission grappling is a combination of wrestling, judo and ju jitsu. Our grappling classes will cover the full range of takedowns, throws and submissions standing and on the floor. Whilst a sport in its own right, grappling is an essential element of MMA and we would recommend you attend these classes as well if you want to train MMA.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Due to its flexible rules MMA is the most complex and interesting combat sport in the world today. Incorporating moves from a variety of martial art styles, fighters are allowed to strike standing, in the clinch and on the floor as well as being able to use all forms of take downs, throws and submissions. These sessions cover all areas of MMA; takedowns, throws, striking, as well as ground work and submissions.
