Rachel Adams
Rachel is a personal trainer in Kensington who has over 7 years eperience having garduated from the American College of Sports Medicine. As a female fitness specialist she has gone on to gain qualifications in postnatal and prenatal exercise and specialises in core strength, weight loss and toning.
"I work with clients is a way that is condusive to them achieveing their goals. As a personal trainer in Kensington I go to clients houses and can also train in parks around Kensington."
Rachel is also spending time gaining new skills in boxing and kickboxing and loves to make her sessions fun. "I put somehting new and unique in each personal training session so as to keep my clients motivated."
Rachel is available weekdays and weekends across Kensington
