Lishi is an ancient Taoist system of Tai Chi & Kungfu that has been passed down from master to master for thousands of years, making its way from China to England in the 1930s. The essence of Lishi is learning how to cultivate and utilise your internal energy or Qi.
The exercises in the class will help you to:
- Burn fat
- Tone and strengthen your muscles
- Gain greater coordination and balance
- Reduce stress
- Improve your concentration
- Increase your confidence
A new Beginners' Class is starting on November 3rd
Class venue: Studio L01, Pimlico Academy, Lupus Street, London SW1V 3AT. This is just 3 minutes walk from Pimlico Tube.
