Open Circle Fighting Method
I've been training under Russell Stutely and his coaches for the last 8 years. I gave up karate to focus exclusively on this discipline in March 2008. I now only train and teach in Open Circle Fighting Method. I gained my Coaching qualification and 1st dan OCFM in May 2008.

I trained with Seido Karate and took my 1st, 3rd and 4th dan promotions under Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura in New York City, USA
