I am a Tutor for the Workers Education Association (founded in 1903) and I have given lectures and workshops to various Community Bodies, Family History Associations and the Yorkshire Medical and Dental History Society.

Since October 1990, I have enjoyed considerable experience in different kinds of teaching on both an individual and group basis. In addition, I have designed some highly useful educational aids, samples of which can be brought to any interview. Recently, I have been developing my professional skills in the ICT and web page authoring area. However, I am not qualified to teach students with special needs or who suffer from major psychological or social problems.

In terms of personality, I am a reliable, intelligent hard working person with good communication skills and a determination to complete any particular task. I can work on my own initiative and in a team with both flexibility and confidence. In addition, I am a systematic thinker with an ability to summarize complex information in such a way that it becomes readily understandable to a person of average intelligence.
