Rob Woollen
A former construction worker, personal trainer and founder of RWPT, Rob Woollen covers the Greater Manchester area, based in South Manchester. His specialisms are weight management, pregnancy exercise and general health and fitness. In addition, Rob has an interest in training the more serious athlete for triathlon, running and endurance sports. In his spare time, Rob loves to hike in the beautiful mountains of Great Britain, as well as running and swimming. Rob is a regular contributor to television, radio and newspapers and writes for a number of national websites. He has appeared in the trainer talk panel for Men's Fitness and is regularly featured in Crains Manchester Business. More recently, Rob has qualified with the Relaxation for Living Institute and now teaches their stress management and relaxation classes in Manchester city centre. Rob also specialises in employee wellbeing.
Rob is an affiliate member of the CIPD and a full member of ITOL with a City and Guild 7303 PTLLS certificate. He is also registered on the REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) at Level 4 - Specialist Exercise Instructor - the highest level.

Manual Handling course
A certificated manual handling course suitable for all operatives carrying out a variety of moving and handling operations as part of their work.
The course is an ITOL approved training course (Institute of Training and Occupational Learning) and covers all the areas expected by the HSE.
A certificate valid for three years (or as recommended by your own risk assessment) is issued on satisfactory completion of an assessed manual handling operation which may involve lifting, carrying or team handling, along with different loads and environments.
