T'ai Chi is an adaptable system of movement working on postural, physiological and psychological processes of the body improving co-ordination and body movement whilst using 96% of all muscle groups of the body. It has been used for centuries to optimise health and wellbeing and is very adaptable for all age groups due to its versatility and ability to adapt to the individual.

Additional Information:
Sally began her martial arts training in Shotokan Karate gaining her 3rd Dan shortly before beginning her training in the Li family system with TAO Technical Director, Tony Swanson in 1986.

Qualifications:
Sally has been training in T'ai Chi since 1986 and has a long competition history.

Sally is fully insured and first aid qualified.
