I have a busy private practice in Bloomsbury, London, between the City and the West End. I offer one-to-one lessons, small group workshops and talks.

My pupils come from all walks of life and all stages of life. They come for all sorts of reasons: RSI and pain management, concerns about posture, support during pregnancy, or help with a particular activity like running or playing a musical instrument. Some are simply interested in self-development. Alexander Technique is a practical skill that anyone can learn, and is helpful for any activity. it ain't what you do, it's the way that you do it!

I trained for three years full time to become an Alexander Technique teacher, and am a member of the professional body STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique). I have over twenty years experience in education and communication, and I bring that to my Alexander Technique teaching. I love my work and have a warm, supportive approach. Alexander Technique showed me how to be comfortable in my own skin, and I enjoy teaching that skill to others.
