My roots are deeply grounded in the ancient tradition of Yoga. I was introduced to Yoga at a young age, while living and growing up in India.

My understanding of the classical heritage of yoga, infused with contemporary insights has helped shape my teaching. My classes are designed for total wellness, with an equal emphasis on the physical, mental and spiritual development. My sessions involve drawing the mind inwards to experience an inner stillness, Chanting, Asanas, Pranayam, Mudra, Bandhas, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Yoga for me is a journey and not a destination...

The Practice will provide a comprehensive system of health maintenance and help to develop a state of mental calm and emotional well being.
Help to maintain optimum health, counter general physical decline, enhance clarity of mind and improve the ability to cope with stress.

Help to create a harmony between mind and body and become a vital part of a healthy lifestyle.
