Shane Underwood is essentially a Bassoonist but he is also an accomplished Contrabassoonist, Violinist and Clarinettist.

An experienced orchestral player, Shane has performed at many of the most prestigious concert venues in Great Britain, including Symphony Hall Birmingham, the Royal Academy of Music, the Royal Festival Hall and at the Royal Albert Hall.

He is currently a Barbara Allen Scholar at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music, where he now studies the bassoon with Simon Estell and Contra bassoon with Simon Estell.

Notable performances include performances for Prince's Edward and Andrew and Her Majesty the Queen.
