Born and bred Londoner, now living in Cardiff. I started yoga whilst working as a Business Manager in the Sales/Recruitment industry. Desperate to constantly keep ahead of the competition, yoga soon began my secret weapon to keeping healthy, strong, energised, focused and stress-free. It didn't take long for it to take over my life and become my full-time career, my passions in life are now travelling & yoga and I have been lucky enough to enjoy yoga with some of the most inspiring teachers in Australia, Thailand and the UK since 2005.

I am Sunpower Yoga 200 trained, Yoga Alliance 200 + REPs/CYQ level 3 yoga instructor
