Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga for pregnancy is suitable for 14 weeks onward in pregnancy.
This class will help you:-
- Connect with your unborn baby
- Keep your body toned and supple with gentle stretches
- Breathing techniques to help you in labour
- Meet other mums-2-be in your local area
Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion to the class.

Baby and Mum Yoga
This class is purely for mum and baby, to relax and establish a greater bond. Baby comes first, so if your baby needs feeding, winding, nappy changing or to cry or sleep....don't worry just go with the flow.
Mum and baby will enjoy.....
Postnatal recovery for mum through a series for gentle movements to build strength back into the body after child birth. Babies will be involved in the class by using them when doing postures.
Babies will be introduced to singing and other sounded practices, practising lifts and carries, baby yoga stretches and dry massage.
Advanced Beginner's Yoga
Advanced Beginner's Yoga
Ideal for those who have completed the beginners course and would like to progress further. This class will explore new and old postures and develop relaxation techniques learnt from the beginners class.
Progressive Yoga
Progressive Yoga
Ideal for those wishing to build a more challenging yoga practice. This class will take you through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, some playful balances and seated postures, you will learn how to move in rhythm with the breath, gaining inner strength, before winding down to a meditative calm.
Yoga for Beginner's
Beginner's yoga
Ideal for those with little or no experience of yoga. This class will take you on a discovery of yoga postures and relaxation techniques. It will consist of gentle stretches to warm up the body, increase flexibility and tone up muscles.
Mum and Baby Yoga
Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling.
