I have been studying Wild Goose Qigong since 1998 with Sifu Helen Howes and when I felt my health had improved I begun learning Wing Chun KungFu and Chun Yuen Quan with Sifu Mike Baker senior student of Master Michael Tse, my Sigong. I've been teaching Wild Goose Qigong for four years and recently I started new classes in Beccles in Wing Chun KungFu and Chun Yuen Quan.
