Teaching traditional Kickboxing some might call it Full Contact Karate.. Zenfist Kickboxing differs from Muay Thai is that it involves no kicks to the legs or elbow strikes in competition, although we do train in these techniques in the self defence portions of the class.
The Zenfist Adaptive Defence System is a no holds barred protection course readying you for any unwanted confrontations.
The club syllabus also contains the
Children's Samurai Honour code Program.

With over 25 years in the martial arts, starting out from a traditional background in Shotokan karate in the 80s and moving on to various other styles now training and teaching in Kickboxing, Hakuda Ryu Karate, Freestyle karate and Self Defence.
