Nei Gong & Qi Gong Health Class
Learn the Wu Dang Hui Chun exercise form designed to work with and balance your body's energy system. This form is best used first thing in the morning, either during the rising morning sun or when you have just got out of bed, before breakfast. The practice significantly enhances the balance of the body.
Western teachers have diluted many of the Nei Gong, Qi Gong and Tai Chi form and exercises, reducing their impact on the body. In this class, you will experience the true teaching of the Chinese way without going to China, learning on my unique and proven teaching approach and practices learned from 18 years of experience.

Yes. I have worked with many people’s different health conditions – from general ill health to terminal illnesses - and in every way, Nei Gong and Qi Gong have a positive effect upon the individual and their health and wellbeing.
The more you allow the body’s energy system to flow positively and naturally, the more you re-educate your body to work as it is meant to, changing illness to good health and wellbeing.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
The first hour will be Qi Gong Hui Chun ‘Back to Spring’ physical practice. This is a body balancing set of movments using Nei Gong & Qi Gong that will help with coordination, internal balance of the organs and your energy system. I will show you how to realign your body properly so that your enrgey system can start to move and self balance.
The second hour will be Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals Qi Gong practice. Here we focuse on particualr areas of the body and organs to harness and move energy to remove stangnation and enable Qi to flow. Standing Meditation and Pillars are also praciced.
The third hour will be meditation. Learn to let your breath and body work together as nature intended. This is the only true way to access energy, retain balance and health.
