ChiBall Class
Created in Australia in 1997, ChiBall has been designed to provide an exercise programme to music that promotes balance and wellbeing. ChiBall is a holistic exercise programme that integrates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a synergy of 6 ancient and modern movement disciplines; Tai Chi/Chi Gong, ChiBall Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Body Release and Relaxation. During the class a ChiBall is used to help focus and aid the exercises.
ChiBall promotes harmony, well-being and balance.

Please bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one. A small number of mats are available; please contact Susan if you need to borrow a mat.

Dru Yoga
A gentle class suitable for all ages and flexibilities. Classes cover activations to music to warm up the body, Energy Block Release Sequences, Asana (yoga posture) and deep relaxation.
Everybody welcome. Please bring a non-slip mat, blanket and water to drink. Please let me know if you need to borrow a mat.
