Started in 2004, Rapid Defence Martial Arts Academy has over 10 years experience in the Martial Arts and Self Defence sector, and focuses on providing martial arts and self-defence training to men, women and children of all ages and abilities throughout the UK. The full time Academy is situated in the City Centre of Norwich.
With a full time academy and fully qualified team of instructors, the academy offers a range of martial arts and self-

With just 3 fully qualified and experienced full time instructors, the Rapid Defence Martial Arts Academy has a dynamic and friendly team who are motivated and passionate about passing on their martial arts knowledge. They have a rapidly expanding group of members and students that are situated in and around Norwich, including men, women and children of all walks of life. The academy has been founded and is run by Talib Fehlhaber (Sifu) who has been involved in the Martial Arts and Self Defence industry for over 30 years is a veteran of martial arts with numerous black belts to his credit. He is extremely passionate about to looking after the students and clients of the academy, having being involved since 1993 in teaching and mentoring martial arts students.
The academy is a member of The World Martial Arts Alliance and the British National Martial Arts Association.
