Tom lived for many years in Hong Kong where he studied Yang style tai chi, Southern Dragon style kung fu and Water Boxing (also known as Six Harmoies Eight Methods or liu he ba fa).

He now runs the Dragon Martial Arts Association (www.dmaa.co.uk) in the UK for students of all ages and abilities.

The DMAA also organises regular trips to Hong Kong for students to train with real Chinese masters.
