Having originally trained with the BWY I have continued my studies with Sadhana Mala, from the Vini Yoga tradition, and Bill Wood, who is a Scaravelli inspired teacher.

I have a creative and intuitive response to teaching, based on long experience and an ability to see and understand physical traits and connections within the body. I am always looking to help students develop at their own pace and have a particular interest in physical alignment and core foundation in poses, combined with breath awareness.

I offer 1-2-1 private sessions with a specialist focus on spinal and back issues, as well as M.E. These sessions are also available to experienced yoga practitioners who want to develop in a particular area of yoga, such as philosophy and pranayama.

These 1-2-1 sessions are a great introduction to yoga for anyone who doesn't feel quite ready for a group class. They are also ideal for anyone with injuries or medical conditions.
