Hatha Yoga Class
Hatha Yoga is the original form of yoga that focuses on restoring balance in the body. Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union and the regular practice of yoga brings about balance within the mind and body. The Hatha Yoga class consists of restoring balance in the physiology through various breathing exercises, yoga postures (known as asanas), and meditation.
