Mandala-Yoga and the five »Tibetan«® rites
Viola teaches Hatha Yoga following the principles of the Mandala Yoga Ashram, Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control), as well as placing particular emphasis on relaxation (such as Yoga Nidra, Progressive muscle relaxation) and a range of Meditation techniques. She also teaches the 5 Tibetan Rites which were originally developed by Tibetan monks as a means to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. The latter are a short series of postures designed to stimulate the functioning of our whole system on a physical, energetic and mental level, and are particularly well suited to home practice.
