I learned Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Kung Fu from Sifu Mark Horton in Leiden, Holland, at Hong Ying School of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts. I teach Kung Fu classes in the Sligo / Leitrim area (NW of Ireland), see www.hong-ying.ie for full class schedule.

I'm 37 years of age, interested in nature, hillwalking, sustainability, music and of course martial arts. I go to Holland on a regular basis to see my family and to keep up my own training and learning.
