Piano teaching practise based in Cambridge. Zhivka offers piano, music theory, and musicianship lessons to young children and pupils of all ages and levels. Many of Zhivka’s students have successfully past piano grade at the ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall examinations and often participate in local Music Festivals and concerts. Zhivka is highly specialised in teaching young children (4 years old)to advanced level, and has an extensive experience in teaching children with learning difficulties.She is continually developing her piano teaching methods with new ideas and friendly approach of teaching.

Musicianship Workshops

What is it all about?
The workshop is designed for young musicians to get together and share their enjoyment of music. Pupils will have the opportunity to take part in musical games, develop reading of musical notation and widen their general musical knowledge all round in a fun and inspiring way. The workshop will include:
• Co-ordination games
• Ear- training games (aural skills)
• Visual reading skills
• Performance/Improvisation playing

When:
Saturday 22 May 2010 on early afternoon (time to be confirmed) at Wesley Church on King Street in Cambridge

Parking:
There are pay & display parking facilities on King Street and Jesus Lane.

The cost will be £12 per child

Who is this for?

Our musicianship workshop is designed for young musicians aged 4 to 12. Depending on demand, they will be two (2) session for different age groups.
