Perfect for any lady who wants to have some fun or take her first steps on the road to a burlesque career.
The beginner burlesque class is an 8 week course teaching classic burlesque moves and styles, from Fan dancing to Slinky Striptease. You will be introduced to on-stage character and routine development, as well as classic costumes and accessories.
The course includes the opportunity to perform as part of a live troupe showcase at a popular London or regional burlesque venue, previously featured at the famous and fabulous Madame JoJo's in London.

Are you ready to launch yourself onto the Uk burlesque scene with your own Burlesque Persona and solo act or to develop your art of Burlesque performance? then the Advanced course is for you.
One of the only courses in the UK which gives you the skills and one to one direction to create your own act or troupe piece complete with a showcase at a well known London burlesque or theatre venue.
This 12 week course focuses on you as a performer allowing you to create your own unique style as well as having the opportunity to specialize in cabaret, striptease and fan dancing all taught by established Burlesque guest teachers, including Beau Burlington, Shirley Windmill and International Burlesque star Missy Malone.
Please note: participants should have completed a beginners burlesque course either with The Cheek of It!, or another school, or have performance experience. Not sure if you qualify? Feel free to contact The Cheek of It! to discuss it further.
Not only will this course give you the opportunity to hone your skills, create new work and learn from established professionals but it is a pre requisite for anyone who would like to teach for The Cheek of It! which will be expanding next year, across London, the South East and West and into Europe.
