The UK's first fully themed, custom designed, Bellydance Studio. Celebrating all things dance, fitness and wellness and honouring those who participate. Little Egypt is an intimate desert retreat right here in the heart of the festival city of Edinburgh!
Little Egypt is finished to the highest specification with premium quality eco-friendly, non-allergenic, solid bamboo flooring, high performance underlay, top end underfloor heating system, 16ft x 8ft wall of mirrors, wireless sound systems with remote control, superfast broadband and a small souk area offering costuming and refreshments.
Little Egypt is a private studio, open for the exclusive use of Bellydancingbarbie guests. On arrival you'll be warmly welcomed by your teacher and invited to enjoy the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean hospitality prior to your class. Please arrive in good time for your class as late arrivals may not be admitted.
Directions
Easy to find, Little Egypt is located near the crossroads of Gorgie and Dalry. Murieston Lane is accessed via Murieston Crescent to the North OR Gorgie Road to the South.
A large number of buses serve the city centre with Lothian Buses nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 33, 34, 35, 44 stopping close by. Parking is in abundance, with off-street and pay & display parking right outside as well as in neighbouring streets (currently free after 5:30pm - check signage) Haymarket train/tram station and Edinburgh's West End are a short walk away.
