The Museum of English Rural Life at the University of Reading houses collections relating to the history of food, farming and the countryside. The Museum offers a full and varied programme of seminars, workshops, craft workshops, day schools and other formal and informal learning opportunities. The classes take place in our dedicated learning studio, conference room, seminar room or garden. The spaces are also available to hire. Contact us for hire.

The conference room and seminar room are available for hire when not in use by the Museum, for conferences, meetings and courses. Please contact us for details of availablity and rates. Hot drinks and biscuits can be provided at a small extra cost per person.
