Just Dance UK holds weekly Zumba Fitness classes for adults:

Mondays 19.30-20.30 - Zumba Fitness
Thursdays 18.45-19.45 - Flowetic Fitness

£6 per class (or 2 classes in a row for £10)
Why: Lose weight, shape up, have fun and ENJOY exercising!
All classes are run on a walk in basis so there's never any need to book in advance. Just turn up 5/10 minutes before each class with a towel and a bottle of water.
All of our classes remain open to anyone who has ever wanted to exercise through dance in a supportive and encouraging environment.
In addition to the timetabled classes and workshops held throughout the year, Just Dance also regularly host dance themed hen nights and dance parties as well as first dance wedding choreography.
