The Light Yoga Space is a lovely new yoga space in Dalston, London, N1 and is available to let for workshops and courses. The studio is a lovely bright spacious warehouse conversion with painted concrete floors and a wall of windows letting in a huge amount of light. We are situated a stones throw away from Haggerston tube station on the newly extended East London Line, or a short bus journey from Liverpool Street, Angel Old Street and Highbury & Islington tubes. We also offer a timetable of mixed ability Sivananda Hatha Yoga classes stress management sessions, advanced Asana workshops, chanting, meditations, Satsangs and more... contact us if you are interested in hiring the space or if you would like to know more about our activities.
