Exercise to de-stress
Location:
This can be done in your home or in a local Park or Common area.
Depending on your preferences we can do yoga, qi-gong, calisthenics or a mixture.
The pace can be suited to your level wether you are a beginner, intemediate or more advanced.
We include some thai yoga massage techniques towards the end of the session and also include meditation
