Life Balance

Location:
These sessions are an opportunity to look at the total 'package' of your lifestyle and to bring more balance in whatever areas are needed. I draw on my background in diet, yoga, meditation and healing to build a programme that suits each individual. Normally a few sessions are needed to anchor the new programme - and then follow ups every few months as required, depending on individual need.
