Taiji one-to-one
One-to-one, or small group sessions are a great way to enjoy learning Taiji and Qi Gong.
We will discuss exactly what you are hoping to get from the sessions: that might be to get in better physical health, to work on getting rid of stress with relaxing Qi Gong, or it might be to learn new martial arts skills, through the Tai Chi form, and application of those movements in a martial context.
In my experience, these sessions have been great for people wanting a shared activity with their partner or friends, or for people wanting to add depth to their knowledge of martial arts and Taiji in general.
