To achieve your goals and targets, each Personal Training session will contain various activities. Each session lasts approximately one hour and may include:

Punchbag Drills
Technique practice
Hook and Jab Pad Work
Shadow Boxing
Speedball Drills
Fitness and Conditioning
Kickshield Drills
Self Defence
Skipping
Weight Training


WHERE:
  • I teach from home (or a fixed venue)
WHEN:

Mornings, Daytime, Evenings, Week days, Weekends
