We provide high quality tuition for children and adults, offering bespoke educational services, language tuition, preparation for 11 Plus English and verbal reasoning papers, ESOL and EAL services, as well as preparation for university and public examinations in French, German and Spanish. Our expressed aim is to exceed our clients' expectations and so we adopt a rigid framework for selecting and registering all of our tutors. Tutorials

Our tutorials are designed to meet the specific needs of each tutee. To this end, both our language tutorials and 11 Plus English and verbal reasoning tutorials include an informal assessment for each tutee at the outset. This provides focus and clarity for the tutoring process, allowing us to target specifically where each tutee needs particular support.

Our educational services are designed to help tutees take control of their learning, to facilitate and inform the UCAS application process and to provide a forum for tutees to learn or develop their language skills in French, German, Spanish, ESOL or EAL. Each tutorial is tailored the needs of each individual, providing a bespoke service to support each tutee in their endeavour to achieve their own aims and objectives.

Specifically, our educational services have five purposes:

•To support and advise tutees on how to study effectively;

•To support tutees throughout the UCAS application process;

•To prepare tutees wishing to read French, German or Spanish at Oxford or Cambridge;

•To provide French, German or Spanish tuition to adults, undergraduates, business professionals and children (4 to 11);

•To provide ESOL and EAL services for international students.

Our tutorials are intended to be fun, to inspire curiosity, to promote critical thinking and to yield measurable results. Our rigid tutor selection process is supplemented by regular Tutor Development Sessions (TDSs) which are designed to keep our tutors abreast of changes in specifications and to encourage them to share their tutoring experiences and explore best practice. We adopt a bespoke methodology, LinguaAccelerate™, which shapes our tutors’ approach to tutoring, guides and informs their relationship with the subject matter and explores effective tutee-centred practices and techniques. Our LinguaAccelerate™ methodology is premised on 45-minute tutorials; however, longer tutorials can be made by special arrangement between tutor and tutee.

Aaron Neame

Aaron Neame, MBA, is our Principal and Lead Tutor. Formerly Head of the Faculty of Modern Foreign Languages at Dauntsey's School and Head of Spanish at Canford School, Aaron has had twenty-one years' experience tutoring French, German and Spanish to GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, Pre-U and IB students, as well as undergraduates from top UK universities, Common Entrance (CE) candidates, primary school children, and adults wishing to 'taste' a new language, or develop their language skills. His passion for languages is infectious and his LinguaAccelerate™ methodology is highly effective, inspiring confidence, motivation and interest, consistently achieving results which exceed expectations.

Aaron is a Specialist Examiner for CIE (Spanish and French), AQA (Spanish), Edexcel (French) and OCR (French), equipping him with unique insight into 'what examiners want'. His emphasis on language learning through meaningful communication is characteristic of 'next generation' language tutors, infusing the language learning experience with stimulating, targeted activities, tailored to each learner's needs.

Aaron has a Master's Level Diploma in Language Teaching and a Ba Double Honours in Spanish and German; he has also completed the final year of a Ba Honours in French and a BSc in Psychology, specialising in language learning, perception, memory and problem solving. More recently he achieved a Distinction in his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

His understanding of the language learning process is what differentiates him from other language tutors, and this is reflected in the outstanding results his tutees consistently achieve. He is fully conversant with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 in Modern Foreign Languages and Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in French, German and Spanish. He has tutored the specifications of all the main examination boards for GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A2 Levels.

Having taught in two of the top UK Independent Schools, Dauntsey's School and Canford School, he has gained a wealth of experience advising students on their GCSE, A Level and university choices, revision planning and the UCAS application process; he has also had nine years' experience preparing tutees for the 11 Plus English and verbal reasoning papers, fifteen years' experience teaching ESOL and EAL, and has consulted on long-term career planning for students of Modern Foreign Languages. At Canford School and Dauntsey's School, he assumed responsibility for Oxbridge preparation for students of Modern Foreign Languages and for the past seven years he has developed bespoke courses for university undergraduates at Russell Group universities, supporting them throughout their four-year degree programme.

Aaron's love of French, German and Spanish culture is equalled only by his love of teaching and tutoring; he is an expert in French, German and Spanish literature, an experienced language teacher trainer and an avid lecturer in the language learning process.
