The Benefits of Hatha Yoga
Location:
During one to one sessions, participants would develop an awareness and understanding of their own spiritual potential and development. In addition they would gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how to live more peacefully in the world around them.
Students will learn how to improve flexibility, develop strength, and understand their own limitations within their physical yoga practice. Additionally, they will gain understanding of how to use the breath not only for bringing the body into deep relaxation, but also for purifying and energising.
