How to Be Free - Of What?
Everyone wants to be free - don't you?
But free of what? – Of all the problems coming up in your mind . . .
Bundle them all up and call them your 'psychological life'. Your body is intelligent, in every cell, but it doesn’t have a psychological life. Instead it has all the tension and stress you put into it while you’re busy with your problems. Slice through the psychological life and we can change the energy that supports the tension – reducing the problems. With mentoring and chi healing we can bring more consciousness into your body – helping you to heal yourself and removing whatever stops you enjoying your life. This is called 'conscious living'.
I offer individual sessions in person or online. And you can participate in 'The Course in Conscious Living' - a twelve-month online audio programme. You get a talk streamed to your computer, tablet or phone every two weeks. The regular contact with this programme inspires gradual change in your beliefs and attitudes, steadily increasing your self-knowledge. The purpose is to encourage you to live more consciously - to be free of stress and anxiety.
