Beginners Yoga ONE TO ONE
Location:
My classes are focused on correct breathing and developing the postures. The class is designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to your body and mind.
As it is one to one we will be able to focus on particular areas that need attention and we can talk through anything that may come up.
The one to one classes are all about time for yourself & time to relax and free yourself of tension.
Tha class should always be enjoyable.
