With over 25 years experience as a maths teacher and head of department, I am a patient, friendly and student-centred tutor who is good at building confidence as well as skills. I will start wherever you are at, skillwise, and help you move forward in your learning by working through any difficulties which are hindering your progress.
I have taught in school, college and university and enjoy helping people improve and become independent learners.
Very successful in helping nervous adults deal with maths fears, as well as getting school and college students on track with problem areas, homework, exam revision and preparation.
I am CRB checked.
Lessons normally take place in my home.
