I have practised Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 30 years and opened the original Tai Chi Studio in Wivenhoe, Essex in 2002 - the studio now operates from a purpose built site on Hall Farm, Little Bentley.
My Tai Chi teachers include Master Chu King Hung and Master John Ding where I completed an instructor course in 2000. I become an instructor with the Elemental School of Chi Kung in London several years ago and love nothing better than to pass my knowledge on to my students hoping that they will continue their Tai Chi/Chi Kung journeys well into the future.

Beginner Chi Kung Workshop
This is an excellent chance to see how this unique exercise can benefit your overall health, fitness and wellbeing. 5 Element Chi Kung uses static and moving exercises/meditation to open and relax the joints and muscles of the body to allow greater energy flow through the muscles, internal organs and meridians.
